The founder of this group is Mr. M. A. Mannan who has long experience, well-educated and trained in Bangladesh, Japan and many other foreign countries. This group started her journey in 1966 with a name called “Mollah Brothers”. Today group has the foreign divergence business in different names of the company.

Later the group established water transport, dealership of the foreign companies and consultancy job for the IMO, ADB, JICA, IDB, World Bank, British and the various donor organizations of different counties in the field of shipping, Shipbuilding, fishing and fishing boat, port & harbor, oil rig etc. The Group established own export and import company, set-up engineering workshop for manufacturing engine devices for water transport and logistics. Subsequently the group established own shipbuilding yard, shipping, deep sea trolling at Bay of Bengal under JVC with Japan, mechanization of country boat, Joint Venture with Japanese company for deep sea trolling and export shrimps to Japan.

The group performed international trading for butter trade, special trade agreement, credit line of different countries, counter trade of different countries for export and import, counter trade, International ship survey for different classification society and nonexclusive surveyor like CR, KR, PRS,PRC, HRC,RRS, BKI, Phoenix, Panama, many others under the classification society as non-Exclusive.
